Kjartan Melberg - CEO

Kjartan Melberg holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian Technical University (NTNU). In addition he has conducted a two year program in business and administration from The University of Stavanger (UIS) and completed executive training in strategy and Finance at INSEAD.

Before establishing Inwind in 2008 Kjartan was a Vice President of the global oil service company Roxar. He was employed in Roxar for 14 years in a number of operational and management position.

Trond Hofseth, COO

Trond Hofseth holds a Bachelor in Naval Architecture and Marin Technology. In addition he has completed a 1 ½ year study in business administration. Trond has almost 25 years of experience from the oil & gas industry, mainly related to subsea developments, installation and operations. He has held various project and line management positions with major oil and oil service companies. Prior to joining Inwind he was employed as Managing Director of PetroMarker AS.

Mona Iren Kolnes- CFO

Mona Iren Kolnes holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Mona possesses strong experience in financial analysis, strategy and asset management. She comes to Inwind from a position as Vice President in Statoil. Mona also has comprehensive management experience holding a number of senior positions in Statoil and Conoco.

Michael Bjerrum- Sales Director

Michael Bjerrum holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering which he has supplemented with international management and commercial training. Michael comes from the position as offshore sales manager with leading turbine manufacturer Siemens Wind Power A/S. He has also experience from the oil & gas sector as previous General Manager of Score Danmark A/S, as well as other managerial positions in construction and energy companies.

Simon Grapes - HSEQ Manager

Simon Grapes holds a Master Degree in Risk Management and Societal Safety from the Univeristy of Stavanger. Before joining Inwind, Simon spent 5 years as an HSE advisor with Acergy, working with HSE aspects on several offshore construction projects in the North Sea.
